Statistics access restricted to Security System Group ‘View Reports’, ‘Administrators’ and Module Administrators. Statistics displayed are restricted to Record access of the logged in user.
Statistics offer an additional and flexible way to view information recorded in your TriLine GRC system.
Note: The statistic chart currently does not allow any customisations of colours.
EOM Snapshot restricted to access ‘Administrators’ and Module Administrators.
End of Month (EOM) Snapshot is a snap shot of all of the records as of the last day of the month from that last overnight Monitor run.

Note: Access to the Statistics menu option is restricted to System Group View Reports or greater.
Select one of the Module Main Menu options, e.g. Compliance.
Choose Statistics from within that menu Reporting section; e.g. Compliance | Process Control task Statistics:
The ‘Statistics’ Page is displayed.
ID | Element | Description |

1 | Statistics Title | Displays the type of Statistics (e.g. Process Control Task Statistics). |
2 | Chart Type | Select the type of chart to be displayed in the chart area 10. |
3 | Filter Area | The Filter Area contains the Column Headers which are available (but not currently used) for grouping the Statistical data. Column Headers in the Filter Area can be drag to the Row Area 4 and the Column Area 5 to apply the Statistical grouping. |
4 | Row Area | The Row Area contains the Column Heading(s) that will be statistically grouped in the rows in 9. |
5 | Column Area | The Column Area contains the Column Heading(s) that will be statistically grouped in the columns in 9. |
6 | Data Area | The Data Area contains the data for the Pivot Grid that will be statistically grouped/counted in the columns in 9. |
7 | Defer Layout Update | Leave the Defer Layout Update selected to manually control the update 8 of what is displayed in 9 and 10. |
8 | Update | When Leave the Defer Layout Update 7 is selected, click Update to update displays 9 and 10. |
9 | Statistical Data | The Rows, Columns and Totals data of the Chart displayed in 10. Note: Each Column Heading can be further sorted and filtered. |
11 | Chart | A chart of chosen Column Headings. Note: Colour changing is not at feature at this stage. |
11 | ‘Undo’ icon | Click this icon to undo your last change. The update will be applied immediately. |
12 | ‘Redo’ icon | Click this icon to redo your last change. The update will be applied immediately. |
13 | ‘Export to Excel’ icon | Click this icon to export the Statistical Data 9 as a Microsoft Excel file. |

You can apply filters to all Column Header in which displays the Filter icon:
To apply a filter, click a filter icon 1. Select the filters 2 to be applied. Click the OK
3 button. If you are filtering from the left hand side listed Column Headers, click the Update
4 button to apply the filter to the grid and chart; otherwise, filters applied from the grid are applied immediately.
The Statistical Data and Chart displays will update to the filtered data. The Filter icon 5 will change to its active colour where filters are being applied. The filter you have applied will appear 6 below the Statistics data. If required, click 6 to open the Advanced Filter window for further filter refinement. Click Clear 7 if you wish to remove all filters.
Left click, hold, then and drag and drop a Column Header 1 from the Filter Area
to either the Row Area
2 or the Column Area
.
The Column Header 1 is displayed in the new Area. Click the Update
2 button to apply this change to the grid and chart.
The old 1 and new 2 Header Column Groupings are displayed in the grid and chart 3.
Left click, hold, then and drag and drop the old Column Header 1 from the Row Area
or the Column Area
to the Filter Area

The Column Header 1 is displayed in the Filter Area
. Click the Update
2 button to apply this change to the grid and chart.
The new 2 Header Column only is displayed in the grid and chart 2.
Select the EOM Snapshot
1 option from the Module Menu.
Click the End of Month 1 selector.
Click the required month 1 from the list.
The selected EOM Snapshot is displayed. Use the Export 1 option as required.
