Configure TriLine GRC for Obligations
© 2021 TriLine GRC. All Rights Reserved.
Obligations is an optional module that ties your LexisNexis feed directly into TriLine GRC. (If you do not have this option, speak to TriLine GRC for details on how to purchase this module.)
TriLine GRC support will maintain your LexisNexis connection details and coordinate with you on the selection of the first Obligations Default Owner. TriLine GRC support will load your subscribed Modules, Topics and Obligations into this site, and the Default Owner will initially own all of these records.
The Administrator’s configuration role is maintaining the Default Owner and the Alert Task Settings.
When LexisNexis sends an Obligation Alert, the Owner of that Obligation will be notified. You have the option to instead receive these notifications as tasks by switching on Generate Alert Task
. The generation details of this task is maintained here.
Obligations Alerts and Updates are done nightly as part of the Overnight Monitor Processing. Your Overnight Monitor will be configured to run at 23 hundred hours ONLY. This should never be changed.
Note: Only administrators can configure the Obligations Module.
From the Main Menu select Maintenance | Configuration.
Click the Obligations 1 tab. Select the Default Owner
2 Position to be the default owner for all new Obligations from LexisNexis (Note: This does not change existing Obligation records). If Generate Alert Task
is not selected, all other fields are optional (Note: if this option is selected, expect a very large amount of tasks to be generated daily). Hover over, or click the Menu Options (hamburger) icon, then click the Save 13 icon.
A message informing the updates are saved is displayed.
