Note: Some field labels are configurable and may be named differently in your system, such as Events.

Note: Some tabs can be configured to not appear.

About the ‘My Summary’ Page

At a glance, you can view all the Records in which you have involvement. and all the records you are required to action or progress to completed or closed status.

The My Summary page is organised into the following tabs:

Procedures

Accessing ‘My Summary’ Page

  1. On the Main Menu, click the My Summary 1 option. (Alternatively, if you have clicked on the ‘My Summary’ option previously, click the breadcrumb 2 link.) The My Summary 3 page is displayed.

Select a Different Position

Note: This selector will only appear if the logged in person has the correct security access. Note: Items displayed are restricted to the security access of the person logged in.

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Position 1 field. A list of available Positions is displayed with the currently selected Position 2 being highlighted. Click the Position 3 who’s items are to be viewed.

  2. The selected Positions items are displayed.

Current Tasks

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Current Tasks tab. If there are any generated tasks waiting to be completed, they will be listed 5 here. Use Express complete 6 if available, or Task compete 7 to complete each task. (See My Current Tasks for more information.)

My Reports/Charts

The My Reports/Charts tab will appear if you have saved either a Report, Chart, or Scheduled Report. Each of these tabs in turn will only display if at least one report or chart is saved. (See Reports and Charts or Scheduled Reports for more information.)

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Reports/Charts 1 tab. If displayed, click the Saved Report 2 tab to see the list 5 of Saved Reports. Each listed report can be edited 6, deleted 7, or run 8.

  2. If displayed, click the Saved Charts 2 tab to see the list 5 Saved Charts. Each listed chart can be edited 6, deleted 7, or run 1.

  3. If displayed, click the Scheduled Reports 2 tab to see the list 10 Scheduled Reports. Each listed Scheduled Report can be edited (click the record), deleted 6, settings changed 7, run and re-sent 8, or prior run reports, reviewed 9.

My Attestations

The My Attestations tab will appear if you, as a Contract Owner, have Contracts with outstanding Attestations. All Attestation processing to a Completion status is via this tab.

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Attestations 1 tab. The Attestations list 4 is displayed. Click the Show Attestations 5 to open the Attestation. See Contract Owner managing uncompleted Attestations for more information.)

My Events

The My Events tab will appear if you, as an Events Owner, have Event records with non a ‘Closed’ Status. Click on an Event record to open that record in the Events module.

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Events 1 tab. The Events list 4 is displayed. Click on an Event record to open that record in the Events module. A limited number of additional columns 5 and be added, or used for filtering, on the grid.

My Registers

The My Registers tab will appear if you, as an Registers Owner, have Register records with non a ‘Closed’ Status. Click on a Register record to open that record in the Registers module.

  1. On the My Summary page, click the Registers 1 tab. The Registers list 4 is displayed. Click on an Event record to open that record in the Events module. The columns display are the only column shared between registers, so no additional columns can be shown.
